As previously notified, due to the policy update, Mobizen for Samsung app with 'Internal sound recording' feature will be discontinued as of May 13, 2019.

※ Please, follow to the instruction below to continue using the Mobizen for Samsung with 'Internal sound recording' feature before the updates on May 13, 2019.

[Mobizen for Samsung] Disabling app's auto-update

In order to continue using ‘Internal sound recording’ feature, you need to disable auto update option on the app before May 13, 2019 so that the app is not updated to the new version with this feature deprecated and continue using the older version of [Mobizen for Samsung] (app version: 3.6.2.8)

Auto update option must be disabled before the update on May 13, 2019.

Canceling/disabling app auto-update option

1. Go to Google PlayStore > search for [Mobizen for Samsung] (Go) > Select the [Menu].

2. Uncheck the option [Enable auto update].
