Mobizen Premium unification and compensation (Android 8.0 ~ 9.0)


[Mobizen for Samsung] Mobizen app service will be unified to [Mobizen] global version following the manufacturer's updated policy. Check the compensation and special offers for the affected users.

Affected users

[Mobizen for Samsung] Premium app users with Android 8.0 ~ 9.0.

[Mobizen] Unification instruction 

  1. Click [Download] to get the Mobizen global version from the Google Play Store.
  2. Click on [Install] button to install the Mobizen global version.※  [Mobizen] global is the unified version of [Mobizen for Samsung].


Compensation for unification

In appreciation of your participation in the unification, we will be offering 100% compensation of Mobizen Premium.  


How to get unification compensation

  1. Install and launch the Mobizen integrated app.
  2. Click [Samsung Version Paid User] from the Global Integration Events pop-up.
  3. Enter your order number (GPA) in the pop-up (Order number inquiry)
  4. Click the [Get compensation] button in the pop-up window to complete the compensation.






  • Make sure to stop/cancel the automatic payment option on 'Mobizen for Samsung" app.
  • As of April 30, 2019, 'Mobizen for Samsung' app and service will be discontinued.
