How to view premium Mobizen/ad removal order numbers

Order number is a unique identification to check your subscription / in-app purchase information from Google Play. Order number can be checked from your email account where it was purchased or Google billing center.

Check order number from Gmail

An email will be sent as a receipt when a product is purchased from Google Play. Find your order number on this email.

★ IMPORTANT! Make sure to login using the email that was used to purchase Mobizen Premium.

1. Seach for [Mobizen receipt] from Gmail.
2. Select the [Google Play order receipt] of the purchased Mobizen product.
3. Check the [Order number] from the receipt.
   • Only enter the first 17 digits excluding the X in Mobizen.
   • Example: GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx..X

Check order number from Google billing center

If the order number was not found in the Gmail, try finding it from the Google billing center.

Mobizen Premium purchased

1. Login to Google billing center with the account used to purchase.
2. Select [Subscription and services] from the left menu.
3. Select Mobizen screen recorder (for Samsung only) from subscription and services.
4. Select [View transaction].
5. Select [Mobizen Premium Subscription] from the completed purchased screen.
6. From the purchased receipt screen, find the [Order ID].
1. [Order ID] is the same as [Order number].
2. Only enter the first 17 digits excluding the X in Mobizen.
3. Example: GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx..X

Mobizen in-app ad-removal purchased

1. Login to Google billing center with the account used to purchase.
2. Select [Transaction history] from the left menu.
3. Select [Ad-removal - Mobizen Screen Recorder] from transaction history.
4. From the detailed transaction screen, find the [Order ID].
1. [Order ID] is the same as [Order number].
2. Only enter the first 17 digits excluding the X in Mobizen.
3. Example: GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx..X
