Find out the editing features that Mobizen provides
Mobizen allows its users to not only record gameplay, but also to edit it. The 4 editing features below are the basic ones supplied by Mobizen. To learn how to add intros/outros, click here.
Editing Video with Mobizen
Quickly raise the quality of your videos by using Mobizen's basic editing features.
- Trim: cut out any unnecessary parts and save only the portion that is needed.
- Split: quickly split a video to create multiple videos.
- Extract: save a moment in the video as an image by capturing the frame.
- Sound: adjust the volume, change the sound or even add BGM.
How to Trim
- Select a video from the list of recordings and press Edit.
- On the editing screen, you will see the track slider. Select the start and end of the video and drag them to the desired point. The selection between the dragged points will be the edited video.
- Click on FINISH to save the selection as a new video.
- Check the edited video in the list of recordings.
How to Split
- Select a video from the list of recordings and press Edit.
- On the editing screen, you will see the track slider. Select the point to split to and press Split.
- Click on FINISH to save two, separated videos.
- Check the edited videos in the list of recordings.
How to Extract
- Select a video from the list of recordings and press Edit.
- On the editing screen, you will see the track slider. Select the point to extract and press Extract.
- Extracted frame will be saved as an image and stored on the phone (check from Gallery).
- Create thumbnails from the extracted images.
How to Edit Sound
- Select a video from the list of recordings and press Edit.
- Using the edit sound option, you can add, adjust or remove sound in the video.
- Removing sound: delete the sound included in the video recorded with Mobizen.
- Adding sound: add a sound track to an existing video.
- Adjust sound: adjust to increase or decrease the volume on the video.
- Tip! To add clean BGM, first make sure to remove any exiting sound and add a new one.
- Once done, press FINISH to save the video with a new soundtrack.
- Check the edited video in the list of recordings.
Note!
"Split" and "Sound" features cannot be used within the same editing window. In order to apply both effects, they must be done sequentially.
