Why game sound / audio is not recorded?

Introduction

  • Mobizen record the sound / audio from the device's buil-in microphone.
  • Game sound (or any other sound) can be included by adjusting the volume or by using an external device.

Sound / audio is not included if..

  • Volume is muted or too low.
  • Speaker is turned off or disabled.
  • Headset / headphone is plugged on the device.

IMPORTANT: if you use/have plugged an earphone to the phone, sound will not be included in the recording even the option is turned ON.

Solution

  • Increae the main volume.
  • Turn ON or enable speaker output.
  • Unplug or remvoe headset / headphone.
